The latest version of water ground, v2, 2v2, v1 and v3 is based on a simultaneous
fit to the interacting (and non-interacting) states.  The files in the catalog
directory are split by vibration after this calculation.  The files in the archive
represent the entire fit, but c018003.int will predict only the gs and the c018099.int
will predict all states.  For convenience a merged catalog of all vibrational state
predictions and measurements is also available in the file c018099.cat.
