J., {\bf 424}, 507, and Plummer, Herbst and DeLucia, 1984, J. Chem. Phys.,
{\bf 81}, 4893. Maki, Olson and Thompson, 1990, J. Mol. Spect. {\bf 144}, 257.
We also note line frequencies in: Matsushima, et al., 1994, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys.
{\bf 33}, 315. However, these lines were not included in the fit due to poor
agreement with the measurements of Bellini. We include it here for reference.
Further work is required to resolve the differences between these two data
sets.
