	The calculational method is described in T. Amano and E. Hirota, 1974,
J. Mol. Spect. {\bf 53}, 346.  The value of $\gamma$(1) was fixed
at $-$156.51 MHz and $\rho$(1) was set to zero.  Both electric dipole and
magnetic dipole transitions are listed in the catalog. The dipole moments were 
assumed to be the same as for the parent species.  The data used are
